This luxurious holiday home is located on a small-scale park in the outskirts of Voorthuizen, perfect for couples, hikers, and small families looking to unwind in nature.

The space

Woudzicht offers space, comfort, and privacy. The house has a private driveway with parking for up to four cars.

Inside you will find a warm, rural atmosphere with modern amenities:

Ground floor:

• Spacious hall with access to the bathroom, equipped with toilet, sink, washing machine, dryer and freezer.

• Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, combination oven, 4-burner stove and dishwasher.

• Cozy living room with comfortable corner sofa, flat-screen TV and a cozy dining area for 4 people.

First floor:

• Two cozy bedrooms with comfortable double box-spring beds.

Outdoor living

Enjoy the outdoors on the spacious terrace with picnic benches and a sunshade. Under the inviting canopy, you can sit year-round—with closed sides and a heater, it's even a wonderful place to relax in winter.

Comfort in every season

The house is fully equipped with central heating and air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms. This means it's always comfortable inside, whether you're coming for a summer holiday or a cozy winter weekend.

Guest access

You'll check in independently using a key safe. The entire house and garden are exclusively for your use—privacy guaranteed. Do you have any questions? We're always available by phone or WhatsApp.

Good to know

• Bed linen, hand soap, coffee, tea, salt & pepper are included.

• One bath towel, one hand towel and one guest towel are provided per person.

• The house is located on a main road; please take possible traffic noise into account.

• Pets are not allowed.
